How to Delete Your Overmind Account

If you need to delete your Overmind account, please follow the instructions below. Note that you must be the only member in your team to proceed with account deletion.

Prerequisites​

Before you can delete your account, ensure that:

  • You are the sole member of your team. If there are other members, you must first remove them or leave the team yourself.

Steps to Delete Your Account​

1. Access General Settings​

Navigate to the Settings section in the Overmind web application and select General.

2. Ensure You Are the Only Member​

Go to the Team section and confirm that no other members are present.

  • If there are other members, they must be removed first.

3. Delete Your Account​

In the General settings, locate the Danger Zone.

  • Click on the Delete Account button.

4. Confirm Deletion​

A confirmation dialog will appear. You need to:

  • Type "delete account" into the provided field.
  • Click Yes, delete account to confirm.

Important Notes​

  • Your plan will be canceled immediately.
  • All associated data with your account will be deleted, and any AWS connections will be disconnected.
  • This action is irreversible.

Please ensure that you have backed up any important data before proceeding with account deletion.
